“The agent and tech I dealt with were excellent. I would have given 5 stars if the cost was less, but they seem to have taken care of all my problems, so then the cost was a bargain.”

“I think it is pricey. I was told that purchasing the bundle would stop my emai from going to other people's spam. The engineer corrected that and said it is the other people's settings that are pushing my email to spam. Other than that, they did a good job and I am confident that my computer is clean and secure.”

“Would have given 5 stars except for length of time I had to spend in front of PC with first technician who took call. Once I as transferred to next level, the issue was fixed pretty quickly. Both levels were very helpful and professional. Thanks,”

“The person who sold me the program was very pushy. I told him over and over that it was more than we could afford and he just kept pushing. I felt like i finally gave in just so he would let me go. Then, I felt guilty spending so much money on this program. We are a non-profit. Today I worked with Paula and she was great!”

“Had one problem, first tech I dealt with could not repair. A bit disappointing. The second tech Arjay did a fine job and and made a repair that seems to have fixed all problemss”
