“Ederic was fantastic! My computer was hacked (see below) and locked out. Ederic told me to get a laptop and flash drive and in 2 1/2 hours he cleared the lockout and cleaned my computer. Background: A few das ago Restoro tested and ran their restoral program on my very slow computer, Wow, what a difference. The speed was greatly improved. Then, the next morning I received a call from "Restoro" telling me they needed to do some additional work, so I logged into the website "they" gave me, and it wasn't Restoro's login. And did they get me good. Tried to charge over $900 to my credit card. The bank didn't process it and after five hours I hung up and my computer was locked out. When I called Ederic that night he said Restoro never calls cold and all credit card charges are handled securly. I fell for the ploy because the call was made the next day after Restoro serviced my computer. It appears that someone either hacked the phone system and recognized Restoro's phone number and called me or is in cahoots with phone company personnel. I'm very happy with the service from Ederic.”

“Jane was very professional anad congenial in her cleanup of my laptop. Browser windows now are sized where I prefer them to be and there are no viruses on teh Window installation. I am very happy with her work and cleaning of the laptop!!!”
