“I appreciate that the Restoro employees are always so polite and that they work very hard at trying to fix whatever the problem is. (There was one time that they were online for almost 8 hours trying to fix a problem that I had. They tried everything until there was nothing else they could do. The final diagnosis was a bad hard drive. I took it to my local Staples and that was exactly what was wrong with it. Tonight, the employee reinstalled everything from their end, and now I have a new computer with the safety features Restoro provides.)”

“Gerald was fantastic! He not only cleaned up both my computers and made them work well but also fixed a long-standing problem with one of my computers which had an audio problem with the speakers and headsets. Great service!”
