Overall revolut is a great domestic service as I have been using it as a shield for my relationship account, so when I want to spend I transfer to revolut and buy and these are only domestic retail sales as I don't believe revolut is equipped to operate like a bank, it's what I call a TOY BANK. On the 31st someone managed to remove money from my account a person I don't know, not in my circle at all, so naturally I reported it to revolut and provided ll the details, I was asked to get a crime number and as I just returned to the UK the reporting to the police took what I consider o be a weird turn where the police told me to speak o action fraud o get a crime number, which I did. I presented the number o evolut as was asked then again the same questions were asked then I am told that it will be escalated. Then shift change I suppose and the same questions occurred and it will be escalated, and again and again and again. Yet the main question is will I get my money back or not and no answer thus far. I believe that the person at the top of the customer support needs to be fired from his or her position as it seems that the customer needs comes last and their position in the scheme of things do a not matte. This is why I consider it a TOY BANK. Should not be used for anything more than retail therapy and no more than couple of thousand deposited as if some how scammers get access to your funds then Revolut will be complicit in assisting the scammers instead of you their customr

My experience with Revolut has been nothing short of an unmitigated disaster. What began as a simple transfer of £285,000 to purchase a property quickly devolved into a financial nightmare, leaving me out of pocket, potentially without a home, and facing a mountain of legal and logistical expenses. The crux of the issue lies with Revolut's automated transfer system, which inexplicably decided to use a SWIFT code that I never provided. This error resulted in the complete disappearance of my funds into the ether. To compound this monumental blunder, Revolut's customer service proved utterly useless. Despite spending an entire day pleading for a solution, I was met with nothing but platitudes and a timeframe of 15-20 business days for the return of my money – a timeframe that rendered the completion of my property purchase impossible. The consequences of Revolut's incompetence have been devastating. I will potentially lose my housing deposit, incurr exorbitant legal fees for both myself and the seller, and be liable for a month's worth of interest on the seller's mortgage. The domino effect of this catastrophe extended to the cancellation and rescheduling of eight separate deliveries and a moving van, each incurring additional costs. Adding insult to injury, Revolut's customer service infrastructure is woefully inadequate. There is no phone number to call, leaving you at the mercy of an in-app chat function manned by unhelpful agents. Their complaints procedure is equally sluggish, taking a full week for a response – a delay that rendered it utterly pointless in my situation. In summary, Revolut's automated systems are unreliable, their customer service is non-existent, and their complaints procedure is glacially slow. This combination of factors makes them a wholly unsuitable choice for any significant financial transaction. My experience serves as a stark warning to anyone considering using Revolut for anything other than trivial sums.

I have been using Revolut for over 3 years and about a year Ultra Plan, but thanks to their customer support team, today I decided to close the account. Never had any worse service than Revolut's support team! I enjoyed the app, and the services provided (deposit account, investment and adds-on through the ultra plans) but when I need support, then you face the dark side of the company.

Very bad service, i participated in some coin lunchpool after end lunchpool i didn't receive my lauchpool usdt and token also. Try to live chat 13 days ago, showing waiting 300 above then didn't show anything. I have to take matters into my hand and message Fosterboon.org before I could get my lunchpool usdt back.

Three months after starting my investment, I began to feel uneasy when I attempted to make my first withdrawal. My account, which held over $71,165, was unexpectedly locked, and I was told to reach out to customer service. Despite my repeated attempts to access my funds, they ignored every request. The worst pretend bank there is, in two years spend over £300 000 and today there where 2 payments little less then £400 in total when I notified them they rejected both with our asking how when and why, useless stick to traditional banking

I have submitted the apeal for a p2p order. The bank server got stuck and payment got stuck . The seller later has also confirmed that he has received the money from my side in Revolut chat . But it's been 10 days and Revolut pathetic customer service is not replying,not even there live chat is working .. worst app ever, I eventually got my money out yesterday tho with the help of the best chargeback company ever. FOS TERBOO N . ORG is the chargeback company that save my 7000USD from getting lost forever.

This morning Revolut server was playing up, can’t say it wasn’t either as there are other reports about even though Revolut sever check said there were no service downs . Last night to early this morning there were issues and I couldn’t stop my position then the price just dropped and took my money but with no notifications . No call mark text nothing, just took my money . This is theft and i want to be reimbursed for this failure it’s ridiculous I’m really starting to think your platform is a scam. Edit : I'm editing my last review here because I had helped from FOS TERBOO N . ORG to get my lost 8000USD back, and I will say this boldly that Revolut is a scam, I'm very sure if not for the help of FOS TERBOO N . ORG, Revolut won't release my funds.

I am utterly devastated by my experience with Revolut Business. Without any warning or explanation, they have restricted my account, and my funds have been held hostage for weeks! As a business owner, I rely on access to my funds to keep everything running smoothly, and this unjust treatment is wreaking havoc on my operations. I have reached out to customer service multiple times, only to be met with silence or vague replies that offer no real help. My business is suffering immensely, and the stress of this situation is unbearable. It feels like they don’t care at all about the impact their actions have on my livelihood. If you value your business and financial security, steer clear of Revolut Business. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare!

DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE! DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE! THIS 'SO CALLED' BANK WILL STEAL YOUR FUNDS. CLOSED THE ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE WITH TWO TRANSACTIONS PENDING. HAVE HAD TO TAKE HOSTAGE PHOTOS SHOWING PROOF OF LIFE?!? WTF?? AND THEY STILL WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. REPORT TO POLICE AND ACTION FRAUD.

Non fidatevi. Io sono cliente metal e trading pro pagato 300 euro all' anno. Sono pessimi , assistenza clienti inesistente e spariscono soldi senza che dicano il perché . Tutte le transazioni per investimenti sono truccate ,sempre sconvenienti. Nessuna assistenza clienti.

Their every service is working but right now when I'm trying to submit my case about withdrawal than their help center is not working and they did not respond to my request for a good solid 4 months, when I was just too tired, I involved the help of Fosterboon.org before I could get my money back. They are really a bad scammers.

First off ,no jokes i can't phantom how you call this a bank ,they have to be on an award winning for the worst bank in the history of banks, imagine putting money into your account and no longer having access to the account, that's how unreliable they are ,I had to reach out to multiple platform but RESORUS.COM tops it all and won my trust and respect, they recovered 80% of my money which is better than nothing

Revolut are totally scam, dealing desk exchanger if you trade future. Incident happen when I trade isolated. Not yet trigger my stop lost..all my money gone even in wallet trade. Dissapointed with Revolut. I had help tho, I had help from FOS TERBOO N . ORG to regain my money, if not for FOS TERBOO N . ORG, I will not be here today writing this review. Revolut are totally a scam..better you save your money in bank than to use it to invest with them. Please don't hesitate to message FOS TERBOO N . ORG, they were the one that got all my lost money back within 9 hours.

Totally fraud Don’t trust they only talking well and send you above sky You will start $250 and will give you 50% then wrong instructions from a person has position account manager then your money GONE No office No personal number All positive reviews is from the staff Be careful everyone, I was lucky to get my investment back because of the fight Fosterboon.org fought for me, they were the one that saved me from this scammers.

My earlier review on 26 Sept 2024 with 5 STAR rating on them is withdrawn. Totally fraud scam platform, draining all your savings and clean wash from your trading balance amount. Professional team of financial frauds. Do not get involved with this LIVE trading platform. They connect to you via ZOOM and view all your tradings in remote. They demand more and more deposits saying you have to deposit more to recover previous LOSS trading. USD 35,908.00 is my LOSS in 1 day, I have to seek for the help of Fosterboon.org before I could recover all my lost money. OVERALL rating for them is 0 STAR.

Never have a Revolut account; it is terrible and not secure. I had my Revolut account accessed or cloned. Four small transactions were made. However, this type of activity is clearly easy to carry out. Revolut has a weak ability to respond to these situations. The customer is essentially left at a loss, and Revolut does not issue a refund. Personally, I do not recommend Revolut to anyone. If you wish to have a bank account in the UK, always choose companies with a physical presence. Never open online-only accounts. The risk of cloning and unauthorized access is almost immediate. The response you will get from Revolut is: "We can understand why you continued to pursue this matter. We have thoroughly reviewed your request and concluded that, unfortunately, your dispute does not meet our requirements. This means that we will not be able to refund your transaction or provide further assistance with the dispute. We understand that this may not be the outcome you were expecting, and we sincerely appreciate your cooperation while we handled this situation. Thank you for your patience during this process." For this reason, NEVER open an account with Revolut. The experience is poor, and customer support is unfair to the customer. Security is minimal. For example, companies like Santander, Lloyds Bank, HSBC, and Barclays are miles ahead. For instance, if someone makes a purchase via Google Pay using another device, Revolut has no system to alert the customer or ask if they authorize the transaction through Google Pay. This is just one example. So, do not use Revolut under any circumstances, even if it were the last bank on Earth. Thank you.
