I had my Revolut account accessed or cloned. Four small transactions were made. However, this type of activity is clearly easy to carry out. Revolut has a weak ability to respond to these situations. The customer is essentially left at a loss, and Revolut does not issue a refund. Personally, I do not recommend Revolut to anyone. If you wish to have a bank account in the UK, always choose companies with a physical presence. Never open online-only accounts. The risk of cloning and unauthorized access is almost immediate.
The response you will get from Revolut is:

Whoever hacked your system also had access to change how the payment appears to be made.
Payment appears to be made with chip and pin ,thing that is impossible to happen because no one used the physical card(not even me) i was paying with apple pay and no one knows my pin ,not even family and friends.

Their fees are a bit on the high side, and they regularly freeze customer accounts requesting paperwork that has already been provided to them on multiple occasions (speaking from experience here). The customer support is incredibly slow, terribly rude and overall completely useless - they won't answer a single question but send irrelevant templates instead. If you can avoid using Revolut, do yourself a favour and do so. My goto was @ombudman via telegram a good rule of thump to get my assets off their platform”
“In the investors page, i placed a limit to buy a stock.
The limit was not executed when the price was reached which is several times yesterday and today.
opened ticket to support with screenshots and detailed explanation of the issue only to get the general reply that the limit was not reached.
Several times i have replied to them that the limit was reached, according to their graph and overview of the stoc, again with the screenshots for helping them trace this.
