“We had been with Revolut for 2 years and I lost my card, I ordered a new one on January a metal one and being a one man band in construction thought this card might last monger, little did I know that this would lead to Revolut charging is £750 per month in 'Enterprise' fees that they then upgraded our account too (apparently its in the small print although I had opted for the £49.99 one off charge for the card, hav9ing brought this to their attention that we didn't need any of the Enterprise services nor could afford £750 per month and contacted them to ask them to down grade it, we had confirmation and long messages but they didn't do it, we contacted them again and it was still on there. They took 7 months of this and will only offer us 1 month back. So we are moving banks to anybody else, its no fun when the banks steal money directly from yo then hide behind policies and minutiae rather than address why we contacted then in the first place to downgrade the account! Our advice is to stay away, well away! Based upon this sharp practice and lack of real customer services, I'm not sure how long their new banking license will last! Even there advisor admitted this was an issue and may other customers had had the same shoddy experience!”

“I had an extremely frustrating experience with Revolut's customer service today. I reached out for assistance with transferring funds from my Revolut account to Revolut Bro using an IBAN transfer. Despite my clear explanation of the issue, six different agents — Rachel, Max, Vis, Bala, Tej and Syed — failed to understand my very simple problem. Instead of addressing my actual concern, they all made their own assumptions and repeated irrelevant information. Each agent simply passed me off to another department, making me feel like I was talking to a dog that couldn't understand English. It's absolutely astonishing how poor the service is. I've never encountered anything like this before. If you're considering using Revolut, be warned that their support team might not be able to help you with even the simplest issues.”

Revolut customer support started accusing me of ordering some kind of revpoints feature. The problem is that my app is not updated and the feature is not there. I can not order or stop it. “Like many people I got a Revolut Card to use mostly for foreign trips. This last week Revolut have taken £29.99 for a company called “Moona” which seems to be a scam company. Revolut takes no responsibility. Then £48.03 was taken from an ATM in Cape Verde. I live in the UK and at the moment am not in Cape Verde. Revolut’s response. “ Dispute declined

I were into a very sad situation when trying to pay for my holiday and surprised to find that due to high fees and bad currency I was left with low money and not enough to pay for my bills. Pay attention to what are your fees.

Their live chat never worked and keeps buffering.
I have so far received two generic emails, one automated, another scripted from an agent that haven't bothered to reply to the issues I raised.
Very poor customer service, not even half a star.
Very disappointed and let down by Revolut.
