“Scammed during the card verification process and the revolut team basically told me it was my fault and I had approved the purchase. Coincidently the amount scammed was exactly the same amount as was needed to verify my account £199.00. Do not fall for this scam .Avoid revolut at all costs”

“Just seen your appalling record via BBC Watchdog, on allowing customers to be scammed out of thousands of pounds, and your total indifference to help and apparent inability to recover funds by affected customer. Obviously I won't be investing with you ad previously intended, and I seriously suggest others stay well clear of your financial service .”

“I have fallen victim to fraud from Discovercars.com. There is no way to call Revolut and so I had to email them and explain the fraudulent activity through the app. I emailed support at Revolut a detailed explanation of how I had been a victim of fraud and attached over 20 pictures. They completely ignored my email and emailed several days later to say the transaction looked genuine and they closed the case. I am now in the process of writing to their complaints team. For example Discovercars.com said that I had caused scratches on the front lights of the rental car yet sent me pictures and details of me damaging the front and back bumper. Discovercars.com charged me 50 euros for driving from Spain into Portugal when I had already paid 25 euros for the crossing yet Revolut ignored this. I think you will get the point. Absolutely poor customer service, this need sorting ASAP and reviewing my fraudulent case properly and getting my money back.”

“Words cannot describe the amount of anger and frustration I experienced with the people working for this inefficient app. A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!! Lied to, mislead by their chat customer service since they don't have any telephone number to talk to a real person.”

“Moving from Wise because they are no longer a able to support balances in Indonesia, the revolute app is really difficult to use in comparison, everything that you need to do basic transfers is complicated and hard to find, the only easy thing to do is change the colour of the background, wost user interface I've used in a ages.”

“I opened an account with Revolut because I was trying to open an Etsy store. The minute money was added to my account a charge from hellcase.com came through. Id never even heard of hellcase.com! I appealed the charges. Within hours Revolut said there were no fraudulent transactions on my account. The next day I got an email from Hellcase.com. They closed the fraudulent account but said the bank would have to refund my money. Now Revolut wont even talk to me about it.”

“Following a change of Terms&Conditions from Revolut which was requesting me to provide information based on the IBAN location change i tried to simply close the account. They are making it impossible and i am still trying to close it. They have a procedure through the app which is a fake and it was asking me to close first a Vautl account that was already closed. Then talking with the customer support they asked me to close an account for investment providing me a link that did not work. Then they said they needed to transfer me to another team which they did not do. Awful awful experience”

“ITS A SCAM!! It will work for some time and then they will freeze your account and take your money!! My account was frozen all of the sudden, ive sent over 15 emails and they keep telling me to contact them through the app chat (which i domt have access to because i cant log in). Ive lost access to my money and they keep taking the monthly fee from my account every month.”

THEY ARE MOST LIKELY FAKE AND FROM RANDOM EMAIL ADDRESSES WHO HAVEN'T EVEN HAD ANY EXPERIENCES WITH THIS PATHETIC COMPANY CALLED 'REVOLUT' WHICH CALLS ITSELF A BANK SIGN UP AT YOUR OWN RISK AND BE PREPARED TO HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT FROZEN FOR A 'REVIEW' AND NO ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY. JUST RANDOM SILLY MESSAGES SAYING - WE UNDERSTAND AND ARE DOING EVERYTHING TO HELP UTTER RUBBISH - GO AHEAD AND SIGN UP IF YOU WANT TO BE PUT THROUGH ABSOLUTE HELL THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A PHONE LINE AND JUST A UNRELIABLE CHAT SERVICE. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU HOLD YOUR MONEY WITHOUT REASON MAKING YOU WANT TO SMACK YOUR HEAD INTO A BRICK WALL EXPERT AND PROFESSIONAL LIARS. THEY SHOULD GET A MEDAL FOR IT”

“If I could rank it less than 1 I would. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM PRODUCT. The verification process is excessive, laborious and broken. I have been stuck in a loop, there is not real customer support outside of offshore chat bots, they charge you to cancel early even in the trial period. It as been a complete waste of time and utter frustration. Not worth it, don't do it, save yourself the headache.”
