My autistic daughter who suffers from anxiety got scammed by someone who made her set up a Revolut account and took the money extremely fast without any type of security or help, especially with someone with her condition. We spoke to one of their reps who was a heartless disgrace and basically told us to go screw ourselves! They should be investigated, it’s like they’re in cohorts with the fraudsters!”

There were no other transactions period, hence how i knew it was fraudulent. “Restricted my £40K as soon as it landed Revolut, in the name of “worried about my funds security” whilst I have zero, none pending transfer outing or incoming whatsoever. Spoke to customer service for an hour, answered all questions, but still needs more review which they say takes 1-12 business days. So I wonder what they do with my money during this period?”
“Don't trust! On 22nd May I clicked on the referral widget in my app and referred my friend. The information said that if I referred someone and they hit the four criteria by 28th May I would be given a reward of up to £200. When I didn't get the reward I checked my referral list and it said my invitee missed the deadline for making three payments of at least £5. However, he had made these by 25th May, three days before the deadline I was given.
I raised a dispute and Revolut said that the promotion actually ended on 7th March and I couldn't get the reward because my invitee hadn't made all his payments before then. Not only is this not the deadline I was given at the time, but it is nearly THREE MONTHS before my invitee was referred. How could he possibly be expected to make the payments three months in the past? It is impossible.
Clearly the information and coding at the back end of this offer was wrong on my app and I think this is pretty clear. The fact I am now being denied my reward on this basis under this ridiculous technical argument is COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY wrong.”

“They open accounts for hackers and fraudsters without checking their details. How can a hacker open an account in a the name of a company that doesn´t have a Revolut account. I have lost €4000 because of Revolut..the hacker hacked into our suppliers email and gave me their Revolut banking details. I paid into this account (not knowing the wiser) and it was a fraulant account. When our supplier keep on telling us that they hadn´t received the money, my bank requested a recall from Revolut and as to be expected from this bank they denied the recall...they obvously knew with was a fraudulant account.
