I sent the incorrect transfer and instead of the Recipients IBAN, I used official IBAN of the Bank (which is publicly available, and revolut can easily see that my transfer was incorrect).
I asked Revolut to recall the transfer but they said that it's not possible and I need to contact the bank. I contacted the bank and they answered, that they just need to receive official request from Revolut and then they can proceed with it -- the screenshots of this conversation was also shared with revolut. But Revolut keep saying that they can't do an official request and I need to contact the bank.
So many my friends were telling me that Revolut has horrible customer service and they were so right. Revolut is like Ryanair -- PLEASE DON'T USE IT.

I left Malta on 22 July 2024. On 1st August 2024 I had an illegal charge for 6 euros ( 3 euro * 2 )
After a long discussion with Malta Transportation Company , they told me that the financial department sees me with the transaction on July 17, 2024.

Finally, they asked me to contact the bank. Revolut in my case.

“After using Revolut as a business customer for several years, I noticed a strange charge on the account. It was £100. I found out later that it was a paid uppgrade to my account, that would not benefit me in anyway. As it took me 15 days to notice the transaction, Revolut will not refund me, as they would only refund up to 14 days. They claim that I did the upgrade, but I did not, as it makes no sense. Why would I want to pay £100 per month, when my normal charges is between £5-£50 per month max. They repeatedly refuse to refund it. I am leaving them as soon as I can. Well done Revolut, you hold on to the £100, but will loose a lot more over time in lost bank fees from me leaving them. Appaling”
