I regret not being able to turn back time and avoid this Bank. My hard earn was inaccessible, and my withdrawal requests were continually denied. wasn't even able to register. After a week of back and forth emails with their customer support for a simple yes or no answer, where their representatives offered irrelevant solutions that feels like they didn't even read what I wrote, I gave up. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Really feels like I dodged a bullet here.

Revolut? "Support"? IF you are looking for a totally impersonal bank, with an arduous login procedure, limitless validations and security checks and, most important (and grievous) of all, what they call "SUPPORT" (or an excuse for such thereof), make no mistake about it. This is the bank for you!

Way worse than ‘useless’ ‘absurd. Couldn’t get small amount of money out of sc ‘that’ obv. If not for travel sc ‘that would be way more than done for already, right now obv. This is the opinion obv It’s genuine and more obv.

After a long dispute with printscreens and airplane tickets Revolut did not accept my complaint. Even if I demonstrated that I had an illegal charge. In my case the merchant and Revolut great thieves. I have the right to say something like that because I proved that they were wrong but they ignored me. What was my experience with revolut? well.. Take care when you want to pay with contactless. I visited Malta for the first time in my life between July 18 - 22, 2024 on July 20, 2024, the toll machine on a bus did not work for contactless and I paid cash for 2 tickets ( 2.5euro * 2 ) I left Malta on 22 July 2024. On 1st August 2024 I had an illegal charge for 6 euros ( 3 euro * 2 ) After a long discussion with Malta Transportation Company , they told me that the financial department sees me with the transaction on July 17, 2024. but my stay in Malta was between July 18-22, 2024 Finally, they asked me to contact the bank. Revolut in my case. After a long dispute with printscreens and airplane tickets Revolut did not accept my complaint. This was my experience and I can prove it with all the discussions with them. Malta Public Transportation company and Revolut great thieves. Take care all regarding business with this bank!

After using Revolut as a business customer for several years, I noticed a strange charge on the account. It was £100. I found out later that it was a paid uppgrade to my account, that would not benefit me in anyway. As it took me 15 days to notice the transaction, Revolut will not refund me, as they would only refund up to 14 days. They claim that I did the upgrade, but I did not, as it makes no sense. Why would I want to pay £100 per month, when my normal charges is between £5-£50 per month max. They repeatedly refuse to refund it. I am leaving them as soon as I can. Well done Revolut, you hold on to the £100, but will loose a lot more over time in lost bank fees from me leaving them. Appaling

We had been with Revolut for 2 years and I lost my card, I ordered a new one on January a metal one and being a one man band in construction thought this card might last monger, little did I know that this would lead to Revolut charging is £750 per month in 'Enterprise' fees that they then upgraded our account too (apparently its in the small print although I had opted for the £49.99 one off charge for the card, hav9ing brought this to their attention that we didn't need any of the Enterprise services nor could afford £750 per month and contacted them to ask them to down grade it, we had confirmation and long messages but they didn't do it, we contacted them again and it was still on there. They took 7 months of this and will only offer us 1 month back. So we are moving banks to anybody else, its no fun when the banks steal money directly from yo then hide behind policies and minutiae rather than address why we contacted then in the first place to downgrade the account! Our advice is to stay away, well away! Based upon this sharp practice and lack of real customer services, I'm not sure how long their new banking license will last! Even there advisor admitted this was an issue and may other customers had had the same shoddy experience!

Shocking experience, your money can get easily stollen and staff of Revolut not in the rush to investigate or get it back, if the fraudster dont agree to return, Revolut does nothing to return your money back to account!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Revolut's customer service today. I reached out for assistance with transferring funds from my Revolut account to Revolut Bro using an IBAN transfer. Despite my clear explanation of the issue, six different agents — Rachel, Max, Vis, Bala, Tej and Syed — failed to understand my very simple problem. Instead of addressing my actual concern, they all made their own assumptions and repeated irrelevant information. Each agent simply passed me off to another department, making me feel like I was talking to a dog that couldn't understand English. It's absolutely astonishing how poor the service is. I've never encountered anything like this before. If you're considering using Revolut, be warned that their support team might not be able to help you with even the simplest issues.

Revolut has your secrect PIN number of your original bank. My bank is First Direct and when I got my Revolut bank card revolut know my pin code !!???

I have been using revolut for a couple of years. Now some small money started disapearing after every payment I make. Revolut customer support started accusing me of ordering some kind of revpoints feature. The problem is that my app is not updated and the feature is not there. I can not order or stop it. So the Revolut is stealing my money without my consent and does not want to return it! DO NOT TRUST THIS FRAUD COMPANY!

refused to help me access my account, sent passport photos, countless pointless selfies of me holding bits of paper with revolut written on them, but apparently wasn't sufficient. Literally asked me 15 questions about my transactions, despite every asnwer being "i have never used the account"

Niether do I live in Japan or Korea, I do not have any Apple device or Apple pay, yet someone was able to empty my bank account of all funds, When I brought this to Revoluts attention, I was told it was a legitimate action. I f this can happen to me it can happen to you. Mickey mouse outfit!

Not reliable bank. After two years of use, the bank began checking the sources of my income. I send them all the documents they request, but the bank has blocked my account and does not allow me to withdraw my money. This is a complete inadequacy. Keep your money in other banks and stay away from Revolut.
