“Totally fraud Don’t trust they only talking well and send you above sky You will start $250 and will give you 50% then wrong instructions from a person has position account manager then your money GONE No office No personal number All positive reviews is from the staff Be careful everyone, I was lucky to get my investment back because of the fight Fosterboon.org fought for me, they were the one that saved me from this scammers.”

“My earlier review on 26 Sept 2024 with 5 STAR rating on them is withdrawn. Totally fraud scam platform, draining all your savings and clean wash from your trading balance amount. Professional team of financial frauds. Do not get involved with this LIVE trading platform. They connect to you via ZOOM and view all your tradings in remote. They demand more and more deposits saying you have to deposit more to recover previous LOSS trading. USD 35,908.00 is my LOSS in 1 day, I have to seek for the help of Fosterboon.org before I could recover all my lost money. OVERALL rating for them is 0 STAR.”

“Never have a Revolut account; it is terrible and not secure. I had my Revolut account accessed or cloned. Four small transactions were made. However, this type of activity is clearly easy to carry out. Revolut has a weak ability to respond to these situations. The customer is essentially left at a loss, and Revolut does not issue a refund. Personally, I do not recommend Revolut to anyone. If you wish to have a bank account in the UK, always choose companies with a physical presence. Never open online-only accounts. The risk of cloning and unauthorized access is almost immediate. The response you will get from Revolut is: "We can understand why you continued to pursue this matter. We have thoroughly reviewed your request and concluded that, unfortunately, your dispute does not meet our requirements. This means that we will not be able to refund your transaction or provide further assistance with the dispute. We understand that this may not be the outcome you were expecting, and we sincerely appreciate your cooperation while we handled this situation. Thank you for your patience during this process." For this reason, NEVER open an account with Revolut. The experience is poor, and customer support is unfair to the customer. Security is minimal. For example, companies like Santander, Lloyds Bank, HSBC, and Barclays are miles ahead. For instance, if someone makes a purchase via Google Pay using another device, Revolut has no system to alert the customer or ask if they authorize the transaction through Google Pay. This is just one example. So, do not use Revolut under any circumstances, even if it were the last bank on Earth. Thank you.”

“My money got stolen in revolut. I chose revolut because i thought my funds were safe with you…apparently not. Whoever hacked your system also had access to change how the payment appears to be made. Payment appears to be made with chip and pin ,thing that is impossible to happen because no one used the physical card(not even me) i was paying with apple pay and no one knows my pin ,not even family and friends. I was left without funds because your security is lacking and your customer support keep giving me those A.I. automated responds until I consulted FOSTERBOON . ORG who provided the necessary assistance and was able to get my money back.”

“Rude and annoying. Revolut keeps calling repeatedly forcing me to log in and activate my account, how will I activate my account that it was the help of FOS TERBOO N . ORG that I use before I could get my investment and profits out, if not for their you monster called Revolut will still have all of my investment locked.”

“This centralized exchange is mediocre at best. Their fees are a bit on the high side, and they regularly freeze customer accounts requesting paperwork that has already been provided to them on multiple occasions (speaking from experience here). The customer support is incredibly slow, terribly rude and overall completely useless - they won't answer a single question but send irrelevant templates instead. If you can avoid using Revolut, do yourself a favour and do so. My goto was @ombudman via telegram a good rule of thump to get my assets off their platform”

“In the investors page, i placed a limit to buy a stock. The limit was not executed when the price was reached which is several times yesterday and today. opened ticket to support with screenshots and detailed explanation of the issue only to get the general reply that the limit was not reached. Several times i have replied to them that the limit was reached, according to their graph and overview of the stoc, again with the screenshots for helping them trace this. I didnt get any reply since then. This is costing me money each day because my trading strategy will not work if the system doesn't do what it is advertised is doing. i lost at least 9000$ because transactions not executed. I had to report them and get help from FOSTERBOON . ORG who got my money out from them”

“I tried to withdraw money from my account for nearly three months, but they kept telling me it was "processing." Seriously, how long does it take to process? There’s no trusting a company that holds onto your money, promises it'll arrive shortly, and three months later, you’re still empty-handed. “There's this scammers that collected money from me through revolute, it was quite painfull because was all the money we had. My wife and I had to report the situation to the local authorities but they were not really doing anything then a colleague advised i report to TRIEVALS which I did and after two weeks they were able to get all our 75k back to us.”

“in order to work with Ukrainians, you should check which documents are issued to them by different countries. since I could not pass the verification due to the fact that you do not know elementary about dia pl, which is the official electronic document of Ukrainians in Poland, then what are you doing in the niche of banks? you should teach support to open their eyes and pass information to senior managers. and now you are the worst thing that can happen to anyone Here is the link to gov sites Maybe here is the cleverer people By this document possible to verify myself on wise, pay pal, pioneer etc But you are is outsider here”

“I am open to share my experience with bitcoin investment and losing money to scammers. However, yes it is possible to recover your stolen bitcoins. I never believed in bitcoin recovery because i was made to understand that it was not possible. However, sometime in August i fell for a forex scam which promised overly high returns and i ended up losing close to $1,170,000. “Absolutely RIDICULOUS customer service. I sent the incorrect transfer and instead of the Recipients IBAN, I used official IBAN of the Bank (which is publicly available, and revolut can easily see that my transfer was incorrect). I asked Revolut to recall the transfer but they said that it's not possible and I need to contact the bank. I contacted the bank and they answered, that they just need to receive official request from Revolut and then they can proceed with it -- the screenshots of this conversation was also shared with revolut. But Revolut keep saying that they can't do an official request and I need to contact the bank. So many my friends were telling me that Revolut has horrible customer service and they were so right. Revolut is like Ryanair -- PLEASE DON'T USE IT. P.S. In addition I'm the gold user and paying the fee every month, but even with that they are providing such a bad (literally the worst) service that I have ever had with the bank.”

When I talk to support about it, even the bot is better than the live chat agent. Reputable sources recommended Olivia Trader for their excellent recovery service and it was beautiful. “Don't trust your money to this pseudo-bank for anything. 2 years after opening the account Revolut decided to check my sources of income. I sent them all the requested documents on the legality of the origin of my income. But nevertheless, my account was closed on a national basis. I concluded this because Revolut was very interested only in banking transactions with people of my nationality.”
