“Worst experience ever, every transaction gets on hold, once it is an issue with the account or they want more details or the payment procoessor is holding it up and the tranfer goes way after all agreed timelines cause significant delays, their support is useless and I have requested to be called and I was told they don't even have the function to do so, after which I wanted to close my account but i couldn't case it has very few credit that I didn't even want but I had to zero my account , when I tried to send them there was a minumum and when I tried to top up with the minimum there was a minimum to the top up and so i did and then I tried to send al the amount back to my account and now they hold it back again, I filed an official complaint and no response, for all I know they hold small amount of money like this to trade with the money or whatever.”

“Avoid Revolut at All Costs! At first, it seems like a good service, but wait until your money goes missing or you fall victim to fraud. You’ll quickly realize how little Revolut actually cares about protecting its customers. They are notorious for ignoring fraud cases and customer requests. If your account is compromised or suspicious payments go through, don’t expect any help. Revolut’s customer service is non-existent when you need it the most. They have a long history of neglecting fraud victims and refusing to take action. Honestly, you’re better off with alternatives like Monzo, Wise, or even Chase. Revolut doesn’t offer the security or support you need. I would highly recommend staying away unless you want to be left high and dry when things go wrong. Do your research—check out the countless reviews of people who have suffered from fraud and got no assistance from Revolut. 1 star. Terrible service.
