“They never shipped my meds they said I never renewed my prescription. Well after 2 weeks with the shot I called them and asked for a refund. They said against company policy and that I need to renew my prescription. They are a joke and the meds they sent me did nothing. I would love to have them tested to see if they were even what they claim.”

“Rex MD took my money out of my account but I never received the product. When I call the representative told me the Dr had more questions. I told him to cancel the order that I didn't want it any more .He told me I couldn't cancel, that I had to answer the Dr's questions so I could receive the pills. I told him I just wanted my money back , he said again I couldn't get my money. I want to know why I can't get my money back? Order 6335308”

“Absolutely terrible service. Waited 12-17 days for a response from my doctor, only to discover that my doctor was no longer with RexMD and I would need to complete all documents over again. This company is not ready for the big leagues.”

“I started semaglutide November 24 and 5 months later the doctor said I was no longer eligible for the treatment and I had no side effects and had lost 50 pounds,luckily I went to another company and way better customer service and follow up,I would stay away from rexmd”

“I requested a one time order of Cialis. I was told that I had to call back to cancel. I did this. Now they charged me $260 for the next 3 months subscription. Sleasy company - stay away”

“Called and emailed to cancel, but they never did. I've been disputing a credit card charge for months now. Waste of time and money. Prior to this, everything was fine, and I actually had no problem with Rex MD, but after trying to cancel, I had to resort to cancelling my credit card! That was the only way to get them to stop billing me. I got 1 charge refunded, but not the other 1. Rex MD, why do you do this? If you were more reasonable, then your reviews would not be total sh*t. Some clients want to try it and then are done - why won't you let them cancel? It is not a way to run a business. I would have been a 5-star reviewer had you not resorted to these bullish*t non-cancellation tactics.”
