“The customer service at Ribbons Galore is exceptional! I ordered two different sets of ribbons: one red writing on black, and the other black writing on red. However, I didn't see that the color I for the writing I had chosen was orange and not red. Within minutes of placing my order, somebody from Ribbons Galore called and asked if I had meant to choose red. I am very happy with how the ribbons came out.”

“You did exactly what you said you would. Plus you gave us a little advice on the text color on your turquoise ribbon. And we changed the text color from gold to black. Exactly the right thing to do. Jim & Betsy Taylor (Chairmen of Rockin' Dance Fest) were also impressed with your service. You forwarded information to them, when I couldn't figure out how to do it from my computer. “This review is after three orders in 3 years , and one pending ,for when I determine how many I need. The customer service is outstanding. They have helped me every step of the way. My ribbons are for windsurfing events that are cherished by the recipients. Being a artist I luv making colors and designs that are different. Highly recommended !”
