“Well first of all there was some miscommunication. I did not receive my first sash I ordered, but I did receive the second one. I spoke to customer service and they said it showed it had been delivered . I looked....but not hard enough. It was in a fern I have on the front porch. So after all was said and done, I did receive both sashes, and let me tell you, they are exactly what I hoped they would look like. I am beyond pleased. “The ordering process was very easy, although I wasn't sure if I did it correctly, so I went in to the shop and they were very attentive and helped me get it completed. When the ribbons were finished sooner than expected I was very pleased with the result - they did a really great job of sizing our logo to show up as nicely as possible!”
