Scammed. Purchased a Barbour care kit box, where the image on the website clearly and unequivocally shows a large box of 400ml. I paid the amount due, and received a kit with the small 200 ml can of wax. I ask for clarifications: they told me that the content in ml of wax is not explicitly reported on their site and that the image represented there is distorted. You are not satified with the product, and want to send it back to them? The delivery cost is on you (11 euros)!

Terrible service! The address I put when ordering was not the address on the parcel! I was lucky to get my parcel. It arrived weeks later only for the box to look destroyed. I was actually lucky to get it! I will not be purchasing from this company again terrible customer service! When you pay so much for horse gear . I also was under the impression that the purchase was coming from either NZ or Aussie this is not the case! Europe was where it came from and the IMMEDIATE DISPATCH it did not get dispatched for ages! Totally frustrating experience!! And never again.

I purchased a selection of items in advance of collecting a new pet. The given expected date of arrival was satisfactory for all items. None arrived - not even dispatched before the pet arrived, yet no communication whatsoever from the company. Apparently it was not all in stock (despite order info to contrary) and nothing is dispatched until entire order is in stock. Iā€™m still waiting on back order and therefore need to source from elsewhere with no notice.

I purchased children's riding boots from this company, I recieved ladies riding boots. I contacted the company twice about this to enquire about returning them. I received no response. On their website it only stated a UK returns address yet I received my purchase in Australia in a couple of days after purchase. I do not recommend this company.

Absolutely terrible service what cost me R3000, cost me R1000 in delivery and R2000, in custom duties. I pay R158 customer duties from other companies. They use Fedex and Fedex have a stuff you policy too. And the product sizes are totally wrong in accordance to what they have on their site. Fedex now wants to quote me a further cost to send it back. Disgusting don't use this company.

TERRIBLE - THEY ARE ROBBERS Hey guys, save your money and don't purchase anything on this website they are ROBBERS !!!!!!!! Ride-away are ROBBERS!!!! I purchased on their website a bridle the Ps Sweden bridle valued at $333.78 on their website. First of all, the bridle took forever to be shipped and when finally arrived after a month waiting for it, some pieces were missing..... For a $333 bridle you expect to find everything, a complete and functioning bridle ... When I looked at the package, it seemed like it was already opened at the bottom and when I opened it to find my bridle, it looked like someone (from the post office or their warehouse) already made a tiny hole in the sealed plastic back and pulled out the broadband. I immediately complained to the company and sent them the pictures to prove the missing browband. They apologised and asked me to send the incomplete item back to their warehouse and agreed to refund me my $333.78 back, so a FULL refund. Meanwhile I repurchased the exact same item from another equestrian shop --> www.leader equine.com.au A month later, when ride-away finally received the incomplete bridle back, they didn't want to refund me anymore and accused me of sending them the bridle with missing pieces (apparently a cheekpiece was missing) so they didn't want to refund me my $333 back.... what a joke!! I repacked the bridle myself and sealed the box myself. EVERY piece of the bridle except the broadband was in that box! So they just lied to me to not refund me.. So on top of being unprofessional, lying to their customers they also fool us and accuse us of them stealing from them. Today, I'm still waiting for my refund and start engaging a lawsuit against them. DON'T do the same mistake as me and just do purchase from them they are robbers!!!!! Don't trust Ride-away.
