“RIFT provided a great service and facilitated my refund with little fuss. Whilst the charges may seem quite high, the lack of required input on my part was attractive and left me to just bank the cheque.”

“I heard about rift through a mate I found it really easy to ring up and get the information I needed to get my return, the staff on phone were brilliant and I was very pleased how I was spoked to all in all quick and easy and stress free! Many thanks Ryan”

“Excellent service, and very happy with the outcome, One point to raise, it did not affect the service but it would have been nice to deal with one maybe two people, as when I woulsend a reply email I recieved replies from a different person. Like I said this did not affect the service, but for comfort it would be more personal if it were just one to one But very thankful overall”
