Problem with tax return from last year hmrc letters to my house. Not happy with tax return from this year overall not a good service very disappointed

Thanks for your feedback. We have a set fee for CIS/Self Employment, no matter what the refund figure. We would claim all your were entitled too. If you would like to discuss this further then please give us a call.

Hi Lamaro, I am sorry you are still waiting, as you are aware this delay is due to your action and our submission with HMRC. We continue to chase HMRC for you and as requested will only update you when there is good news.

Other companies are a lot faster than rift 12 weeks on and still no refund got a text to say it will be another 4,5 weeks

Hi Frank, thank you for providing your feedback, some clients first claim can be delayed depending on how this is submitted to HMRC, this only happens on the first year of claiming, so next year would be a quicker speed for you.

You do not advertise that if you have spend more than 50% in one place even if it's over several years you cannot claim. Received £200 when should of been £1000's. Poor

Sorry to hear you are not happy with the refund figure, there are so many rules we need to adhere to we cannot advertise them all. We only claim what you are entitled to and nothing more, sometimes that will result in a lower claim than the average, but we would not know this until we have all of the client docs and info to assess. Maybe in the future your situation might change.

Submitted my paperwork in early April and still waiting. Not sure if my application has been sent to HM Revenue yet?

Hi Philip, your case manager Chantel has been trying to get in touch with you for the last couple of weeks as there's a few questions she needs to go over with you before we can submit your claim. Can you please give her a call on 01233 628648, we're open most days until 20:30 and on Saturday mornings til 1pm

Slow and dont come across as proffesional, Its better and quicker to do a self assesment plus the refund will be in your account within 3 days, Rift says 4 to 5 weeks so I assume they hold it for interest, I feel Ive been ripped off by them and I will let all the guys I work with and on social media never use Rift

Not very helpful with questions over the phone, very slow service and you aren't kept informed of what's happening throughout the refund service

If I hadn't of known what I had earned you would have had me paying class 4 ni for no reason you doubled my earnings such a stupid mistake terrible service I will be taking my business else where and would recommend that other people do the same .

I changed my address and you still sent it to my old address still not received it because you sent it to my nabour after ringing you 3 times to tell my new address I finally got my forms then I sent them once you received i was never updated on my rebate I rang over 6 time to see when it was getting processed and still no info till I called someone said we will ring you tomorrow and no one did this was a on going thing it's a shame as the years before iv used you . You have been brilliant I would like to use you next year if I can be promised you will be more effective and get things sorted if you can't I will be using someone eles

After years of successful claims my last claim was mislaid and then I was told I couldn't make a claim with very little explanation. Dissapointing.
