“I was in a bad situation with my tax returns with no idea how to resolve it but I spoke to rift & they helped me to the best of there ability to get my problem resolved, they where very friendly & helpful thanks to them I’m getting a nice return 10/10 for customer service & help”

“I fully recommend using the RIFT service, there accountant's are helpful and friendly as I have claimed now two years in a row. I have also enjoyed extra money by recommending the service to my work colleagues and promoting RIFT online. The charges are 35% plus vat and it takes a couple months on average but its well worth it. Make sure you give them all the correct information and have P60s and wage slips available. Keep your advisor updated and everything should go smoothly. Bare in mind that making claims like this yourself is possible but very complicated and less likely to succeed against HM tax office claims department. So to use RIFT saves you all that hassle. Worth it...”

“Making refunds on behalf of the other individuals is very helpful. It's time consuming, lots of paper works to be done and it's just easy for us to go through RIFT.”
