“This is the first time I have bought off a website and it was very efficient and helpful tips on how to hang in the right place. My only criticism is the pack with the gloves designed to keep the artwork safe arrived arrive the art”

Hi Steven, Thank you for your feedback, it means a lot to us. With this work in particular ('Freedom' by Ewa Czarniecka), the work was framed by the artist themselves. We are more than happy to offer a re-frame using our own framing hub if that is something you would be interested in. This would involve professional mounting with an acrylic glaze. “I find the site hard to navigate. Would like more info in the artist bio. And on a second purchase the after sales was so poor I reluctantly and disappointedly cancelled my purchase. I think that the artist need to be well briefed on how they document their delivery to minimise high import tax for the collectors. Otherwise love ❤️ what you guys are doing and wish you all the best.”

“Rise Art was the first website I went to after seeing an article about collecting/investing in Art either from up and coming new artists or established ones. Website was easy to navigate, communication and delivery were very good and I ended up buying 6 pieces of art which look great hanging up in my home. Will definitely use to buy art from again.”

“Helpful colleagues that even had photo's taken of the print I was looking to purchase so I could better assess the colour. Nice touch with the hand gloves but the were sent separately and I had to travel 10 miles to my post office to pay an additional £1.50 postage charge to collect them as the postage wasn't sufficient. However - I will most definitely be back to RiseArt.”

“Variable - the prints I bought were produced on very thin paper which creased extremely easily so I had to return one of them. This required me to package and post the print which was a bit of a hassle. Love the pictures but,again, because of the thin paper, they have begun to buckle under the frame. Ah well, they're colourful!”
