A significant time after placing my order, I still have not received my art. Whilst customer service has been friendly, it has still not delivered what I want, the goods that I have paid for. Afraid I am now highly unlikely to shop with Rise Art again.

Shipping from China can sometimes be tricky and our artists are, therefore, always experimenting with new courier options.

Please be assured that this courier service will not be used again and that we are doing everything within our power to get this to you as soon as possible.

Communication has been lacking and the wrong item delivered. You are good at marketing yourselves but it is not followed through sadly.

The quality of the frame is awful. The painting is not mounted, instead it has a printed mount. The whole thing looks cheap. I have taken myself off your mailing list.

Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear you were unhappy with your purchase. We do offer a 14 day returns policy whereby you can return the work free of charge and receive a full refund. As this work was framed by the artist themselves, we are more than happy to offer our own framing services for this artwork if that is something you would be interested in.

Previously purchased c 1000 artwork ... several months later offered to buy two pieces of art but representative/s offered a £20 discount and wouldn't move .. Some time later I was offered a £20 voucher to use but declined. Didn't think the sales people were experienced to negotiate the sale.
