“A significant time after placing my order, I still have not received my art. Whilst customer service has been friendly, it has still not delivered what I want, the goods that I have paid for. Afraid I am now highly unlikely to shop with Rise Art again.”

Shipping from China can sometimes be tricky and our artists are, therefore, always experimenting with new courier options. “The quality of the frame is awful. The painting is not mounted, instead it has a printed mount. The whole thing looks cheap. I have taken myself off your mailing list.”

“Previously purchased c 1000 artwork ... several months later offered to buy two pieces of art but representative/s offered a £20 discount and wouldn't move .. Some time later I was offered a £20 voucher to use but declined. Didn't think the sales people were experienced to negotiate the sale.”
