“Extremely poor customer service. Placed an order 10 days ago. Money taken but not received my order. Emailed Rituals 2 days ago. Reply was they will look into it. Not heard back so called today and they were least bothered that I had not received my order and were clueless about were it would be or when I will receive it. MY ADVICE: DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER AS YOU ARE UNLIKELY TO RECEIVE IT !!”
