“Weber BBQ arrived the next day, excellent service. Had an issue with one part, not the fault of Riverside, customer service sprung into action and a replacement arrived from Weber in a couple of days. Cannot fault Riverside”

“I cannot fault the service provided by Riverside, it was unfortunate that an item ordered arrived damaged. Riverside was very quick to deal with the issue and sent an immediate replacement that arrived the following day. The after sales support received was superb, thanks Eden.”

“Pleased with purchase but box badly damaged (see photos) - fortunately, the contents were OK. Courier was Royal Mail. Would be cautious about buying something similar online again for fear contents could be damaged”
