“Delivery of the webber BBQ was delayed several months due to international shipping delays.Riverside staff were essentially helpless to speed up the delivery. In the end I agreed to take another webber model that was in stock”

“Riverside were very helpful in getting an order placed and sent to Northern Ireland within a few days! I would literally still be waiting on the big orange store to complete the order I had with them. My only disappointment was the model shipped was not exactly the one advertised....an easy mistake to make, and given the logistics involved in coordinatinga replacement, not one worth getting bothered over. Overall I would certainly recommend their service, and will consider using them again!”
