“Excellent service. Product exactly as pictured. Extremely well packed to avoid any damage to product. And delivered within a few days of ordering, even in these difficult times, AND to a Scottish Island which, for some reason a lot of companies claim they cannot do. Why I don't know. Thank you Riverside. X”

“Mixed results. Things were VERY delayed and I know that was not their fault. But I was repeatedly given dates which passed by and I only got updates when I chased which became very frustrating. So let down by communication. But always helpful when I emailed or called. And products were fine once delivered.”

“Purchased a patio heater, good price and good make. Unfortunately it was broken when received, Riverside immediately sent out a replacement, unfortunately this was also broken ! Possibly better packing is required. However cannot fault service from Riverside . All previous purchases from them have been great.”
