“The experience with Riverside was so so. The initial experience when I phone to enquire about the BBQ - having it assembled and delivered was quite good. However the delivery [delivery person showed up alone as his colleague was sick] and so expected me to help unload. Also I had to contact you to confirm the delivery timing as nothing was sent to me pro-actively even though the website & confirmation stated 3-5 days. Finally the BBQ arrived with some scratches on the stainless steel surface which was disappointing. Ian Borden”

“As expected from Weber. A quality product that perfectly fitted my 2005 Weber barque, which is still going strong. I’m sure helped by the original Weber cover which I retired this year. Thanks to the Riverside crew for providing as good description and sizing which helped me choice the correct cover.”

“Having ordered at the weekend I had the BBQ assembled and proudly showing itself off by Tuesday which is incredibly quick delivery. When I called Riverside for a couple of after sales questions I was able to speak to a humanoid on each occasion and I was accurately advised which was great. Have still a couple of additional bits to buy and they will definitely come from Riverside. I have no hesitation in recommending their helpful and speedy service. David S”
