“Riverside in terms of price are excellent, as is speed of their delivery. Cannot fault them at all. My mistake for not reading the terms and conditions on payment but delivery is curbside and if you have a reasonably long drive, then this is an issue if it is a large (and expensive) BBQ. I felt this could have been highlighted when called about delivery dates. As yet cannot report on the actual product as still on my driveway with no idea how I will move it as it weighs 64kgs. Disappointed in customer services response, which is why I have made the effort to leave a review, just to make sure others do not make my mistake.”
