Only deliver on the curb side? Whats the point of that? Other companies deliver to your home. Especially if it is a heavy BBQ. Cancelled my order

When it goes wrong, boy does it go wrong! I didn't get my delivery, but no refund was forthcoming! Shocking!

Excellent service and price from Riverside. Unfortunately my attempts to BBQ have met with complete failure. Either my charcoal went out after 10 minutes or refused to light. I have tried a starter chimney but as I say the charcoal went out after being tipped out. I'll give it another go but honestly have had far better results with disposable packs from a garage. I'll give it one last go.

Dissapointed with how long they lasted. 1 canister did a bbq and breakfast, about 1hr burn time

Most of the parts of the bbq I ordered were dented or scratched, there was a bbq flavour rub that was ripped open inside the box and all the bbq parts were covered in the powder so had to clean them all before starting to assemble it.

We're really sorry that the barbecue has not arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately, issues can be caused in transit sometimes, but we never expect you to be left with an imperfect product. Please get in touch with us by emailing sales@riversidegardencentre.co.uk with some photos of any dents/scratches as well as the serial number (can be found on the vent on the lid). Item ordered arrived in poor condition - advised customer services, poor communication and then awful customer service/attitude when I tried to get an update. The first and LAST time I use Riverside!

The free cover had a hole in it. I have sent the email with pictures but u email back saying u will let Weber know. I bought it from your Riversde so i think u should replace the fauty cover. Anyway still waiting. Thanks.

Hi Russel Extremely disappointed order q1200 BBQ on Saturday before 0900hrs, for Sunday delivery, Only to find out on Sunday morning will not be delivered until Monday due to mistake at your end . Await your reply, Regards J Sadler
