“I ordered a bench at a really excellent sale price. We were delighted with that! Delivery costs were included and it was dispatched swiftly. Riverside called me to check which day I wanted it delivered. I was grateful for the personal communication. As it's winter we haven't put the bench together yet but we opened the packaging to check it was all there. Looks perfect. Will look forward to constructing it in the Spring. Many thanks for the service.”

“I bought a wonderful bench from Riverside online, paid in the late afternoon, had a phone call the next day asking me when I would like delivery, and received the bench the next day. It's a lovely, heavy, very good quality item, I wish I had room for more! Brilliant all round, thank you.”

“The item was oversold so I was offered one instead of the four I ordered, Elected to take full refund as they were intended to be for bbq enthusiast friends of mine, Extremely disappointed, To be fair it's the first time riverside have let me down,”

Hi Michael, Thank you for your review, unfortunately we are not able to offer assistance with order issues that we have not been made aware of. I have been unable to find any correspondance from your email address in our inbox. I have checked the tracking information for your order and can see that Parcelforce attempted delivery on November 30th. Your order is being held in the depot for redelivery and Parcelforce should have left you a card explaining what to do next. If you require any further assistance please do give us a call or email. “Placed an order online for 2 garden chairs, I realised I might need to add further products for the future care of the items. I telephoned & spoke to Chris who informed me what products I may need. I requested if I were able to add to my order, he said I could and sent me a separate invoice. He contacted me to arrange a date for delivery. Very pleased with both Service & Products ordered.”
