“When this arrived, the bottle cap was cracked and leaking. I sent an email on the same day stating this and said I would like a replacement. I have had no response from Riverside since. It is a real shame as it the product is great, however I am reluctant to use this as the bottle has been compromised. Riverside, please do the decent thing and respond to my email”
