“Delivered quickly excellent service. Have only used it once it does a very good job. only thing I would say is go easy on the smoking wood. Also it loses a lot of heat around the front access door. Even then I am very satisfied with the quality of the product.”

“I ordered three items on 1st May - all appeared to be in stock and there was no indication otherwise. Once order was placed, I was advised delivery would be 2-4 weeks. I called on 6th June to be advised that cushion I had ordered wasn’t in stock and they were waiting delivery. The advisor I spoke to was surprised I hadn’t been contacted to advise me of this, and offered to send the other 2 items immediately. As I was going on holiday, I decided to wait until cushion was in stock as I didn’t want the items arriving while I was away. All 3 items arrived on Friday 24th June in two separate packages - one with the cushion and the other package had the remaining two items. I cannot understand why these two items were not dispatched when first ordered. Communication was poor, and they only way I was aware that an item I had ordered was not in stock was when I made a telephone call, over a month after I had ordered the items. When ordering, it should be clearer if an item you are advertising is not in stock.”

“I bought 6 bags of Traeger smoke pellets from here as I’ve had them before and they always come in good condition. It’s very important for the pellets to be very dry with no moisture at all so when they arrive in the packaging they do it’s always good. Delivery was extremely quick and from what I remember they don’t use Hermes which is always a plus. If I remember rightly I got free delivery and being as the packages are very heavy that’s very good customer service. I will always use Riverside for my future purchases of smoking pellets as they are always the cheapest available, good quality and arrive quickly.”

“Not only was the Weber BBQ bundle the cheapest around at the time, but they happily postponed delivery until I had returned from holiday.
