“I order 4 to 6 bags of briquettes a year from Riverside. This time, when they arrived, 2 bags were ripped open and the briquettes were spread out in the box. There was a lot of mess to clean up. In the past the packaging was much more careful and considerate with extra measures taken to include fillers between the bags so they wouldn't get crushed in transit.”

“Ordered some Weber briquettes as cheaper than Amazon even with postage added. Wasn’t in urgent need so 2-5 day delivery was fine. Within minutes I had an email saying they were dispatched. By the next morning DPD delivered them. Fantastic service and won’t hesitate to use Riverside again.”
