“I was fortunate to be bought a barbecue course as a present and accompanying me was my brother we did the 4 hour course which was so eye opening and also very educational! The course was hosted by Joe and Andrew who were excellent in everything they did including impromptu jokes etc. I would highly recommend this course and I will be be booking the “ smoking course “ later in the year Thanks Riverside”

“I ordered a hard-to-find replacement part for my Weber bbq. It arrived promptly and was exactly as described but when I came to fit it I found the Weber was corroded beyond repair. Having rung Riverside and checked with the very helpful Sarah, I returned the part and received a full refund with no fuss. So nice to deal with a company who have real people to pick up the phone and provide after-sales service.”

“Brilliant website easy to use and quick delivery and so smooth! The only issue I had is that the BBQ seemed to have been used as the lower grill was dirty and oil on it, not sure this is Riverside issue and the plastic container that captures the ash is made of plastic and has already melted a hole so perhaps they can change this to a steel container or something else that is fireproof. Other than that it was good service.”

“I ( ac lone female) recently attended a BBQ course at Riverside and it was fabulous! The two resident chefs/course hosts were brilliant - fun, factual, informative, experienced, knowledgable and very thorough. They definitely know their stuff and also how to impart their immense knowledge & wisdom onto all the attendees. The majority of attendees were male, but a complete ‘mixed bag’ of personalities and abilities. I learnt an incredible amount of stuff and loved it so much that i have booked again for December……why? Because the menu changes every season & I fancy the xmas BBQ season. The only thing that’s has disappointed me is…..we were promised (by email) the recipes and all the guidance notes, but I have received nothing, sadly.”
