“Received my order within a couple of days. The box was a bit worse for wear but guess that’ll be the delivery company, otherwise the contents were fine. Would definitely recommend Riverside!”

“There was some issues with the courier and the parcel was a week late. But the staff at Riverside was amazing and responded very quickly to my inquired. I can’t wait to use the Weber® Crafted Rotisserie Skewer Set with the Rotisserie and other accessories purchased by my wife for my recent birthday form Riverside. Grill on!!”

“I wanted to order a Weber BBQ but I was a bit nervous as it was a costly item to purchase online. The website said the BBQ was in stock so I placed the order. I was contacted by a real person, as opposed to a generic email, the next day to arrange delivery which put my mind at rest. Delivery was made 2 days later - just in time for the jubilee weekend!. I found the whole experience very easy and clear and I would highly recommend Riverside to anyone considering a purchase.”

“I ordered a Weber Q BBQ as a housewarming present for my brother over two weeks ago. It still has not been delivered. Riverside has my phone number and my brother's phone number. No one has called either of us to fix the problem.”
