“I ordered a new barbecue after a lot of discussion with an assistant at Riverside who was very knowledgeable about the options I had and as a result it helped me make the right choice. There is no doubt that the company take customer service seriously and I would recommend this company 100% I took an option. to have this barbecue built and everything worked perfectly and staff were very happy to keep me updated with my delivery - I would always start with Riverside for any garden purchases as I trust the staff and process The courier driver let me know an hour in advance of my delivery time on a Saturday morning and was prompt curious and nothing was too much trouble. As a face of the company he certainly justified my decision to buy this product from Riverside”

“Ordered 4 bags of Weber Grill Academy pellets late evening. Not only are they the cheapest in the UK, from a genuine Weber Authorised Retailer, they were picked, packed and dispatched within 30 mins AND arrived next day! Free DPD courier ( THE BEST hands down!) allowed me to see the full journey and customise the delivery when it was delivered in the morning. And don’t forget the loyalty points accumulated too for voucher discounts to sweeten the deal!! Quality products, quality service without compromise!”

“Very prompt delivery. A part was broken (more of a manufacturing issue than damage as such as far as I could see) which was no fault of Riverside and couldn’t have been foreseen by them but when I contacted them by email they responded within a few minutes. They organised for a replacement part to be sent out immediately. You only know how good a company is, not by how they manage things when they go well but more so by how they handle things when you have those times when it doesn’t quite go according to plan. And by my experience, they were excellent at that. I will definitely return and also recommend them.”
