“Riverside we’re a joy to deal with, the transaction was faultless and the Weber bbq exactly as described, took me about 2 hrs to assemble and the food to date has been brilliant! No hesitation in using Riverside in the future!”

“Packaging of our bench arrived damaged but luckily the contents were ok. Came within the 2 to 4 weeks time stated on the website. Easily put together, took my husband and myself about half an hour. Quality good. Would of liked it bought into the house or garden, because of being quite heavy, but was left on front step!”

“I chose to order a Weber Master Touch from Riverside prior to the Jubilee Weekend as I saw that they had next day delivery (and I wanted to use it for that weekend. I got confirmation of the delivery time from the parcel service and was looking forward to getting it. BUT it didn't come. And there was no information from Riverside (apart from that it hadn't left their side) despite me leaving messages on their website. The day after it was due to arrive the site changed its notifications stating that there would be a delay in delivery - I then got notification that it would arrive on the Saturday - which thankfully it did. However, the packaging was damaged when it arrived - fortunately, there was only a slight dent to the weber chimney I ordered and the BBQ itself was fine. The item itself is absolutely fine but I was very disappointed not to have a reply or notification when the delivery was delayed and only finding out that there were delays when I actively looked myself.”

“Always buy our Weber gas cylinders from Riverside. Speedy dispatch and goods were well packaged. We were able to BBQ with-in a few days of running out of gas!”

“I am still waiting to hear anything from the delivery company and it’s been 10 days of no cards and no information. Riverside are waiting for the item to be returned to them and I have no idea when that might be!”

“Great gym, resistance and cardio facilities. Child friendly internal pool, with great play area for younger children. Attractive internal and external swim options. Excellent, thoughtful and compassionate swim and tennis coaching. One of the few places where we can reliably get a mixture of sports lessons (tennis and swimming) across a wide range of abilities and age groups on Sunday morning. Run down family changing facilities and lounge areas. Much better now that the children's computer game-terminals have been taken away - we come to the the gym to get the children away from screens. Membership is expensive for what it is. It sometimes feels as though Riverside knows that it provides a unique set of services (for inner London) and therefore maximizes the price point. I was recently been fined for use of the car park (which is included in the membership). I received an escalating and increasingly aggressive series of letters about a potential fine, before Virgin stepped in and addressed the issue. Initially, the team at reception explained they could not do anything about it. Only when I said I would cancel my membership did we see action from the team.”

“I purchased another Weber BBQ from Riverside (My third to the collection) Simple purchase. Best price online and super fast delivery. Top notch company with fantastic after sales. My Weber came with a factory defect and Ellie sorted this for me within a couple of hours. No nonsense, straight up, professional after care. Could not recommend Riverside enough.
