“Ordered 4 bags of Weber Grill Academy pellets late evening. Not only are they the cheapest in the UK, from a genuine Weber Authorised Retailer, they were picked, packed and dispatched within 30 mins AND arrived next day! Free DPD courier ( THE BEST hands down!) allowed me to see the full journey and customise the delivery when it was delivered in the morning. And don’t forget the loyalty points accumulated too for voucher discounts to sweeten the deal!! Quality products, quality service without compromise!”

“Very prompt delivery. A part was broken (more of a manufacturing issue than damage as such as far as I could see) which was no fault of Riverside and couldn’t have been foreseen by them but when I contacted them by email they responded within a few minutes. They organised for a replacement part to be sent out immediately. You only know how good a company is, not by how they manage things when they go well but more so by how they handle things when you have those times when it doesn’t quite go according to plan. And by my experience, they were excellent at that. I will definitely return and also recommend them.”

“Purchase of bbq on internet was quick ‘& efficient however delivery was promised for anytime on Tuesday, my partner lost a days wages because he stayed in all day and it wasn’t delivered until the following day.”

“Really happy with the Alexander Rose Robel furniture looks stunning. Less happy with the communication and service. Communication was patchy and lacking in response. When I did get a response it was dismissive and matter of fact apart from when dealing with Chris he was excellent and understood my concerns.”
