“On delivery the handle was damaged so contact them a day ago with no response yet, however today I receive a write a review.. once they have resolved the issue I will mark the score back up”

“Purchase of bbq on internet was quick ‘& efficient however delivery was promised for anytime on Tuesday, my partner lost a days wages because he stayed in all day and it wasn’t delivered until the following day.”

“Really happy with the Alexander Rose Robel furniture looks stunning. Less happy with the communication and service. Communication was patchy and lacking in response. When I did get a response it was dismissive and matter of fact apart from when dealing with Chris he was excellent and understood my concerns.”
