“I bought this rotisserie because it was advertised at the cheapest price. It was delivered very promptly and I’d definitely deal with this company again It was so much cheaper I decided to send an email to confirm it would actually fit my BBQ and that it was a genuine Weber product. My email was responded too very quickly”

I made a call to customer services to raise an issue with product delivered and they resolved the issue immediately. This the 2nd BBQ i have purchased from Riverside and will be purchasing from them in the future. They have a great team and take pride in their products and services.”

“The BBQ was purchased last minute for a presentation gift which was not going to arrive in time. When I call the chap was extremely accommodating, called me back to say it would be with us in the morning which it was. Wonderful service and saved the day!”
