“Obviously very pleased with the Traeger,visited the store and as always felt like a kid in a candy store. However ordered and selected option for next day delivery,arrived after 3 days. Also was meant to include a cover but this wasn't sent. This has been resolved but was a bit of a go around having to ring riverside to then ring the white company”

“Disappointed with delivery. Ordered through express delivery to ensure bbq here for big family event . Did not turn up until 5 days later. At least they rang to explain problems with delivery”

“Ordered a weber barbecue for my sons birthday. Arrived badly damaged. Customer service is horrendous and slow to answer. We requested a new barbecue, which is what we had paid for, and they requested a spare part instead. When you pay for a NEW barbecue you don’t expect to receive a badly damaged one which was clearly like that when sent out! Very unhappy customer!”

“Ordered bbq and cover 21.05.24, no tracking facility, queried, advised not working atm. Item showed shipped up to 04.06.24, email received goods delivered. Queried as not received. Long story short, no idea where items were problem with courier, was offered opportunity to choose an alternative product or refund. Chose refund. Money paid back 06.06.24. Matter closed. Telephone number to contact on website incorrect regarding delivery of orders/customer services, needs updating. Staff were helpful but due to no tracking facility relied on information received from the courier and weren't unable to verify as correct.”

“Excellent all round service with a very decent price. I bought a Weber charcoal BBQ and fuel . I am very pleased so far , products are both excellent and I am pleased with my return to charcoal grilling.”
