“Very good service from Riverside. Ordered my Weber Spirit ii 320 and duo Dutch oven on line Good Friday night and had a phone call next day to arrange delivery for the Tuesday. Initially I felt quite daunted at the prospect of building the bbq myself, without assistance but I found the instructions very easy and it helped to watch a you tube video on unpacking and assembly of the same model. The bbq is so well built and engineered it was a pleasure to build. After using it for direct cooking a couple of times, last night I roasted a whole chicken on the beer can roasting pan with fantastic results. I'm super impressed with it. Not yet used the Dutch Oven but it's very good quality and looking forward to trying that to cook a chilli or a curry soon. The whole set up is awesome.”

“One of the relatively expensive chairs we bought was faulty upon delivery. We reported the fault one week ago but have not received any feedback on what will be done to sort out the issue.”

“Bought a weather proof bad for the outdoor furniture cushions. We searched around for ages but found the Riverside Garden Centre that offered a great price for the size of the bag. It arrived super quick, a couple of days. The quality of the bag was much better than we expected. Now all of the cushions are protected with room to spare. We recommended the website to our daughter who bought the same bag and loves it.”
