“I pre ordered the Weber E6 Kamado and have to say the customer service was top notch. I was kept informed of the expected delivery dates and even offered a full refund if I didn’t want to wait any longer. I was quite happy to wait and was told delivery would be end of March, beginning of April. I received a call from customer service a few days before delivery and my grill duly arrived on April 1st so that was spot on. I cannot fault Riverside and will definitely order again.”

“The whole process from ordering to delivery was first class- had a phone call day after the order to confirm order . Delivery was arranged for 3 days later and arrived as promised - The goods were excellent and the packaging was very strong . Would highly recommend Riverside and thanks for the quality service provided”
