“Courier did not arrive as arranged. Contacted Riverside, no reply. Courier rearranged delivery 2 days later, arrived 2 hours later than delivery slot. Poor customer service overall.”

“Delivery arranged promptly but courier did not turn up. When I emailed Riverside they did not reply. Delivery rearranged by courier a couple of days later, with 2 hour delivery window, courier arrived 2 hours late with no messages to inform of delay. Product as described but overall service poor.”

“This is sort of unfair as Riverside have been nothing but helpful but I never got the table and the delivery company DX told Riverside that I refused the table as it was damaged . This is an outright lie as they never delivered it although I waited in for 4 days. Chris at Riverside dealt with the problem swiftly and courteously.”
