“Ordered a Weber griddle from this company and it arrived with no packaging other than the branded Weber box. The box was badly damaged and torn, very disappointing as this was to have been a birthday present. I raised this with the support department only to be told I would have to return the griddle at my own cost to get a replacement. Whilst I understand that the company doesn't want to waste money on packing materials, when something arrives looking like it was bought in a second hand shop, a better solution should be found and not at the customer expense!”

“I ordered a Weber 5775, 3 bags of charcoal and a chimney starter kit on a sunday afternoon. Riverside delivered it the next day to my amazement - now that's service. When unpacking I noticed one of the legs had a dent/crease in it. Riverside have responded to every message I have sent them within minutes. They have arranged for a replacement leg to come direct from Weber that has been delayed but Riverside have kept me up to date a couple of times a week. I would highly recommend Riverside”

“Good customer service but let down by weber service in replacing parts with my defective bbq. I should have been offered a price reduction instead of changing parts. This would have been quicker. But again this may have been a weber policy. Either way issue still not resolved.”
