“The delivery after order was very fast, so that was great. However, the restaurant grade charcoal was described as large chunks, in fairness probably by manufacturers, but it was far from that. Mainly small pieces and dust so not suitable for Kamado cooking. The reaction by Riverside was disappointing and not really interested despite some emails which amounted to “hard luck”.”

“I have used Bad Byron’s Butt Rub for the second time in my Weber Smokefire Grill. The end result was fantastic, the flavour is very very good. Myself, my wife & my daughter all thought it was epic. The blend of spices gave a wonderful taste throughout the meat. It’s absolutely great & I'm buying a bottle for my son-in-law.”
