“Ordered from Riverside before with no problems. My last order arrived looking like it had been used as the football in the school playground, Luckily only a jar smashed (wife cleaned up before taking a picture, we have a 2 year old) so no replacement. Order was 9 days later than i was told, was never informed it would be late. Customer service unhelpful. Luckily my package was just charcoal, jars and rubs. Imagine if this was something expensive!”

“Fits OK and does it what it says really. Would have given it 5 starts if had a longer fixing velcro and was a bit more thicker.. I find the cover to be a little on the thin side especially if you leave the BBQ out and exposed to the elements all year round.”

“Ordered a Weber bbq with all the trimmings from riverside. Reasonable pricing and prompt delivery service. One part was slightly bent in the original packaging, but I was able to fix this without hassle.. overall very satisfied with their service! Just need some better weather now to put in action..”
