“Excellent products, great telephone service but let down by one of their logistics partners…Palletways. Turned up in 3.5 tonne curtain sided truck, no pallet trolley, asked me to help lift 95kg off which I refused. Got a builder working close by to help and then dumped it outside my front door and left. Complete contrast to FedEx who delivers parasol and took it to back garden!”

“I just bought the skewers, spatula and the brilliant cast iron griddle which I have now used on my Traeger 885 I can honestly say whilst I’m very new to this way of barbecue this has to be the best way to cook. It’s going to be used all year round”
