Wow! All of these bad reviews can’t be wrong. Charge fees but no NOTHING to justify them. Send people to the debt collectors when they refuse to pay due to not doing the work they are PAID to organise. Lose lose situation. If I had known we would have to deal with this when we purchased our home we wouldn’t have bothered

Lack of communition, lack of interest in development, lack of resolving ongoing issues, no interest in what residents/owners/lets but expect to be paid for not resolving issues then sending out £34 payment when no invoices sent out or received

Absolute disgraceful company! Had a leaking gutter for 5 years, they eventually came to fix it, erected scaffolding 4 storeys high put some resin in the gutter, removed the scaffolding and when it rained it was worse than ever! It’s still leaking! We are in a no pets allowed building, every apartment has a pet except me! They said ok no more pets allowed but they keep coming! Dogs urinating in the communal areas dirty paw marks on the communal carpets which haven’t been cleaned in 5 years! Dogs messing in the communal gardens, if you can call them gardens! Absolute waste of time but charge extortionate fees!

They shouldn't be called RMG, they should be called OCG and that goes for their other organised criminal partners too. They've recently doubled the service charge and their friends have increased the block and estate charge so that everybody is struggling to pay. We can't sell either because people know their reputation and, also, they've let the place turn into a right dump which doesn't attract buyers.

We got rid of these crooks in January 2022, they ran our Residential Management Company into insolvency. RMG are completely incompetent and tiptoe on the line of being criminal. If you don't have residential directors, request an AGM immediately and appoint someone from the development. The longer you leave it the more money they will drain from your development, leaving you in a situation with no reserve fund and in big trouble when issues arise. Report them to your local MP, the more noise around these scum bags the better!

Never get back to you . Never fix items that need fixing . Have to fight with them to come and look at something . Left graffiti on our site for months and months .

Practically a criminal company who do not send invoices they claim to have and the first you hear is being passed over to a debt collector - who is tied into the company themselves

Would give zero stars if I could unscrupulous invoices, money missing from our reserve fund and if you refuse to pay these ridiculous charges they threaten to add more interest on yet do very little to maintain the property or grounds. These con artists need shutting down I have a property that is unsellable due to high service charges made even worse by being stuck with RMG as the managing agent.

Ridiculous fees! Liars! Con people out of their money for things they haven't done. Have to beg for them to maintain the grounds! And even then they do a shocking job!!

Costs have trebled in 4 years to a ridiculous level. I have no faith in these costs being fair and double many are genuine. Avoid at all costs.

No interest in sorting out serious 'errors' with our accounts in excess of £20k. No manager for over 7 months. 4 short stayers for previous 2 years. No response from Regional manager - One brief response from operations Director south. No response at all from finance director. No response to S22 request. Lots of no responses, but I will not give up.

One of the most inept organisations that I have ever seen in my life. They are incapable of managing buildings, communicating with residents and they are devoid of feeling or emotion in the delivery of their daily tasks. If they come anywhere near your building, run away as fast as you can. They are a part of the larger Places for People so it is a disgrace that this situation has been allowed to continue. They should not be allowed to operate and the fact that they are is evidence of the failure of regulation in this industry sector.

The service cost a lot but you get absolutely nothing!!! The area and my building are completely neglected so what do they use this money for? Any time reporting a repair they will come back that this is not included, ridiculous!

This is an absolute farce of a company who have passed my account onto debt collection company without any warning. They are pathetic at dealing with people on the phone and email. We were first contacted by them in Feb with just an invoice, no mention of who they were, what the payment would be for. And since then they have been to the grounds once which was to absolutely destroy the trees out front. Pathetic company and I can tell from all the other reviews that this is how they treat their customers.

Taken straight to court. No reminder, no final notice, no pre court action letter. How is this even legal? I'm not the only one in my estate either. My first encounter with this extortion racket.

RMG is NOT to be TRUSTED! These GROUP of companies, their contracts (ie. surveyors) and posibly unwritten agreements they do with subcontractors and FREEHOLDERS should be investigated. After 5 years experience witnessing their mismanaging of our home/building in London I found writting and talking with them a waste of time, inefficient and ineffective. They have no minimun knowledge of our leasehold and keep making mistakes and contradictions that cost us LEASEHOLDERS money, time and joy of living in our properties! RMG appear to be "protected" by freeholders, unaccountable to anything and that is why the entire MONEY PATH should be investigated. We leaseholders pay for all higher than average costs and the freeholders do not pay anything, neither want to get involved until it goes terribly wrong.
