RMG manage two blocks in the North that we have flats in. They are the worst managing agent we have dealt with (and we have a few). They are over priced and terrible with accounts. The maintenance crews they use are not good and that’s even if they come to do the work. Stay away from them or try to do a RTM and get them out.

Overpriced. They lie for their financial gain. You’ll be trapped with them forever. Check the small print. They painted the flat with regular paint, not render. And we fitted the bill for their mistakes. The land maintenance is shoddy at best. They lost my wedding certificate. I could go on

Nothing short of crooks and corrupt to the core. They’ll never disclose fees, yet apply them and threaten. They’ll never tell you what they do with your factors monies. Even voted out, they’ll refuse to leave and use your money to challenge it with lawyers. Unregulated industry that needs resolving to prevent organisations like this existing. Avoid at all costs

This company, is a nightmare. The over charge, double charge, charge for you for other peoples bills. If you dare to complain they charge you for their solicitors fees, if you get a credit they wait a month and then stick it back on again. If you are reading this to because you're thinking about using them to run your complex. DON'T !!! The police inland revenue and Britain biggest scammer should look into this company.

If we could give zero stars we would, very poor management company. We have been receiving paper management fee bills, and paid for the past 4 years no hassle. This year we didn't receive a management yearly bill, as the new build estate has problems with post deliveries and items going missing. We received a final demand, with a fee of £34 added for late payment. We hadn't received any previous bills for this past year, so feel it's very unfair. We have contacted RMG various reps who are useless to say the least. Very unsympathetic, and happy to take money when an issue wasn't our fault. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with this company. Very poor customer service and a poorly run company. Don't deal with RMG if you have too...

I didn't select RMG, Dominion Lending selected for me if I knew how bad there ratings were I would of selected someone different. When I made a call to them to make changes to my account they tack on unwanted insurance (As I'm already insured through other vendors). It's not call insurance its called Secure Start so they use play on words to trick you. Once I found out a year later when I was groom through my taxes I discover and cancel asap called they refuse to provide the audio of the conversation. Not impressed going with someone else I recommend other people to do the same maybe check out https://www.ratehub.ca/ and it seems to recommends Canwise financial and there ratings are actually good.

Over the past 3 years I have raised numerous issues with RMG regarding property and maintenance issues. I am sorry to say whilst they are happy to take money from residents they could not be less helpful in resolving problems for residents, they are very unprofessional.

RMG are a terrible company the second you are late with any payment they will refer you to Propery Debt Collection for late paymement fines over £160 in my case. Their emails will liely go to your junk box as will PDCs The only way to deal with RMG and stop this is to set up a direct debt with them. READ again set up a direct debit DO NOT take any risks as they and PDC are maing a fortune out of you if you do not. Do not take any risks !!!

Unprofessional and incompetent. Quick to demand your money, and add a £34 admin fee for late payment but don't provide a service. Avoid!!! Run a mile if RMG is the management company or you will live to regret it. They are useless. Takes a long time for work to be carried out.

For over 8 years I have suffered from horrendously high service charges for very little service and poor maintenance, windows rarely cleaned, a rotten exterior door frame that should have been repaired 3 years ago - nothing happened they let the properties deteriorate so that they can extort even more money from leaseholders.
