“It was necessary to rebook after having our APT river cruise cancelled due to Heathrow airport closure. Both the information regarding the initial cancellation and subsequent rebooking of the cruise was handled extremely well. We were kept up to date at all stages of the process with everyone involved being very well informed. A trouble and stress free process. We have used RoL several times in the past and look forward to using them several more times in the future. Heartily recommend”

“A cancelled holiday, courtesy of the debacle when Heathrow closed for most of the day, meant a rebooking, change of dates etc. As always ROL provided a superlative and efficient service. I cannot fault them for their service ethos and will always choose them as my primary travel agent.”
