“I spoke to Darren this morning. He is very polite and professional, but also friendly and helpful. This is not the first time we have been served by him! We have used ROL many times and have always found your staff to be an asset to the company. We have successfully booked a cruise to The Balkans on APT in June and are looking forward to ticking another destination off our bucket list! Thankyou.”
